We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with 2 to 3 years of proven success in driving business growth, particularly within the Global market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT / Technical services and a deep understanding of the Global business landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as Client - Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Global market. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. - Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement. - Knowledge about all marketing platform to identify new client.

Role & Responsibilities: - Crafting visually appealing and functional interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms. - Conducting user research to understand the target audience’s needs and preferences. - Creating user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the design process. - Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product management. - Designing and managing interactive content like email templates, social media graphics, and promotional materials. - Maintaining consistency in design and messaging across all digital platforms. - Using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or InVision to create digital assets. - Analyzing user feedback and data to refine and improve the digital experience. - Staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep the company's digital presence fresh and competitive. - Identifying and addressing usability issues to improve the overall user journey. - Providing creative solutions to design challenges while balancing business and user needs. Skills & Qualifications: Education: A degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in digital design or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects. Software Proficiency: Expertise in design software like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools like Figma or InVision. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with teams. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
